Lamb baked overnight with olives, tomato, onion and rosemary. Served with roast potato wedges & seasonal vegetables.

Boeuf Wellington served with roast potato wedges & Mixed Veg.

Grilled Salmon, served with a lemon butter sauce, potato gratin and mixed vegetables.

Kindly note due to the cost of fresh Salmon a Surcharge of R80.00 is levied on this option.

A Vegetarian option: Freshly made Pasta  with pesto sauce, pan-roasted nuts and baked rosa tomatoes.

Served with fresh chopped chillies and grated cheese on the side.
